Because the squat was a commercial property with a long-term absentee landlord. The council and the police wasted a great deal of taxpayers' money through their own foolish decisions. Still, ate least Dan Bell and co got a deeply cringeworthy and embarrassing youtube video from it, and a few quid from the licensing deal they did with the footage of evictees. FWIW the idiotic manner and function of 'Phil and Adam' places them in the lowest category of bottom feeders I can imagine in my view.

The guy who made it to the roof clearly has no friends or family who'd care if he fell. That was s stupid thing to do. Again, selfish acts by people who prob don't have real issues!
Why do you think you have the right to resist an eviction from a building you do not own, work in, or have contributed to?
