In a further attack on free speech, the Bahrain authorities have detained and tortured blogger Mohammad Hassan Sudayf and photographer Hussain Hubail, apparently for sharing information on social networks.
They have also arrested one of the men’s lawyers after he tweeted that he had seen signs Mohammad Hassan Sudayf had been tortured, along with details of the charges against the two men, which include ‘inciting hatred against the regime’

  1. My name is Drusilla.........not able to understand the other suggestions on the drop up/down menu so I chose anon,(which I agree with, though not necessarily in this sense, and support anyway)....what is an url?,or a type pad?...At over 70 I am not computer literate, just basic knowledge, enough to get this down,however... I know RIGHT from WRONG,these people above shown, are not the first or the last to be targeted, they are heros......... we are many,we are not heros, but we stand with them,we are leaving, not stopping, and we are not blindfolded or gagged by the state,we see,we hear,we will succeed......we are taking strides now....act now, right the wrongs....or leave it too late at our peril
