Lorde’s Suppressed Grammy Award acceptance speech (Full Transcript) 26 January 2014 | Snoopman News:
Queen Bee Sting: Grammy audience told to read more
"Lorde: Thankyou soo much everyone for making this song explode because this world is mental. (Laughter). Planet Earth is run by psychopaths that hide behind slick marketing, ‘freedom’ propaganda and ‘economic growth’ rhetoric,[1] while they construct a global system of corporatized totalitarianism. As American journalist Chris Hedges has identified, a corporate totalitarian core thrives inside a fictitious democratic shell.[2] This core yields an ‘inverted’ totalitarian state that few recognize because it does not look like the Orwellian world of Nineteen Eighty-four.[3] This corporate totalitarian core is spreading outward from America. Planet Earth is being rapidly militarized by the world’s major and significant states, including their police forces.[4] Meanwhile, state surveillance is becoming universal[5] and torture is outsourced to gulags.[6]"

Chris Paradox Actually what am I talking about it's not disappointing at all! Whoever wrote it clearly recognises the truth of what they've written and has very cleverly used Lourde to make their message go viral. Haha Great Work!

Luka Love i agree with you, but someone pointed out to me that the thing is when something is shown to be a spoof, it also somewhat discredits what has been written. very well written and to the point tho', i liked it a lot.. and it definitely managed to do the rounds. i just hope it reached beyond the ones who are already aware of the issues.. and wonder whether by its nature it will have any impact on those in unawareness..

Chris Paradox Yes Luka, the fact it was a spoof discredits it in the eyes of those deeply invested in the status quo, who "need" it to be discredited i.e. the mainstream media pundits and talking heads who attacked Russell Brand.

However those members of the public who have been given cause to question the political n economic reality they're being sold by that same mainstream media (lots n lots of people nowadays) have a whole list of scholarly references (the truly clever part of the spoof) which are 100% bona fide and back up the seemingly "discredited" claims of the spoof author.
