IURGENT APPEAL FROM AWE BURGHFIELD BLOCKADERS It's Sunday morning and were celebrating an amazing week blockading the 'Construction Gate' at Burghfield Nuclear Bomb factory near Reading in Berkshire. The camp has resisted all attempt by the MOD to uproot us and we are determined to stay put for the rest of the June month of direct action against Trident. You can help in many ways - visit for the day, bring food and water, you can stay over-night as we have basic communal sleeping and there is room for tents. Contact your local media with the story, info on "Trident Ploughshares" website, network with friends, social media, and peace groups. The gate is on Burnthouse Lane a couple of miles south of Reading, there's a local bus and we're about 15mins walk from Reading Services on the M4. Together we can stop Trident.
